Rule One

Rule One is a sports nutrition brand committed to maximum quality, full control, and exceptional value. With over forty years of manufacturing expertise, the company develops its supplements entirely in-house at a state-of-the-art facility, overseeing every step from ingredient sourcing to final packaging, ensuring optimal performance and complete transparency.

Rule One (R1) stands as a benchmark in advanced sports nutrition, guided by the philosophy “Better Input = Better Output” — meaning that only the highest-quality ingredients can deliver outstanding results.

What sets it apart:

• End-to-end production control: every supplement is formulated in-house, using carefully sourced raw materials. Blending and packaging take place in a 250,000 ft² facility equipped with advanced measuring, mixing, and packaging technologies.

• Uncompromising quality: Rule One leaves nothing to chance — engineering, inspections, and testing are embedded in the process, supported by a dedicated distribution center to guarantee fast and reliable deliveries.

• Independent certifications: beyond in-house checks, products are verified by third-party organizations to ensure integrity and compliance. Certifications such as Informed Choice® confirm that products are free from banned substances.

• Credibility and expertise: the founding team brings decades of experience in the field, including backgrounds in leading brands such as Optimum Nutrition. Established in 2014 and headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, the company combines technical know-how, passion for sports, and a modern market vision.
