When will your order ship?
Our main warehouse is in the United Kingdom. From order confirmation, preparation and dispatch may take up to 7 business days.
If the products are also available in one of our European warehouses, your order may ship sooner, possibly within 1-3 business days. This depends on product availability and is not a delivery estimate.
For bank transfer payments, we can start processing your order only after the funds have cleared. The preparation period starts then.
