CREATINE MEGA CAPS® is a food supplement of creatine monohydrate in capsules, developed especially for athletes.
This product provides creatine monohydrate, a form of creatine found in the human body. In muscle tissue, creatine binds with phosphate to become phosphocreatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).
Ingredients: 89.3% micronised creatine monohydrate, bulking agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids, capsule (gelatin, E 171).
