Every purchase earns points
With Citymuscle Points every order brings you closer to the next one: you earn 1 point for every euro spent on products and every 1000 points you turn them into a €40 voucher. It is like getting 4% of what you spend back, on promotional products too.
How it works
- Create your account or sign in before ordering: points are collected on registered accounts only.
- Order as usual. The cart shows how many points that order earns you.
- Receive your order. Points stay "pending" until the order is delivered, then they become available.
- Convert your points. From My account > My points, once you have at least 1000, you create the voucher in one click: 1000 points = €40, 2000 points = €80, and so on.
- Use the voucher by entering the code in the cart of your next order.
How points are calculated
- 1 point for every euro paid on products, VAT included, rounded down (€59.90 = 59 points).
- Discounts and promotional codes are deducted; shipping costs do not count.
- Products on promotion earn points like all the others.
Good to know
- Expiry: points are valid for 12 months from the day they become available. When you convert, the oldest points are used first. Upcoming expiry dates are always shown on the My points page.
- Cancelled or returned orders: if an order is cancelled or refunded, its points are removed; with a partial return only the points of the returned products are removed.
- The voucher is personal: it is linked to your account and is used in a single order, in full. To use it, the products in the cart must be worth at least its value.
- Not combinable: the Citymuscle Points voucher cannot be combined with other discount codes (including the welcome code). One voucher per order: if you want to use all your points at once, convert them into a single voucher.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.

Where can I see my points?
In My account > My points: balance, pending points, vouchers created, history and expiry dates.
I ordered without registering: can I get the points?
Points are linked to your account. Create an account with the email of your next order and you start collecting them from there.
When can I use the points of an order?
As soon as the order is delivered. Until then you see them as "pending".
Does the voucher expire?
Yes, the expiry date is shown next to the code on the My points page.
