On top of the mineral base you get 2,000 mg of taurine, 1,000 mg of coconut water powder and 500 mg of Aquamin, a mineral complex sourced from red marine algae. Does it contain sugar or caffeine?

Each stick has 0.3 g of sugars and is sweetened with sucralose. Caffeine is not on the ingredient list, while taurine is present at 2,000 mg per serving.
