SAMe 400 by Jarrow Formulas is a food supplement based on S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), a molecule the body produces naturally. Each tablet provides 400 mg of SAMe from 800 mg of SAMe tosylate disulfate and is protected by the EnteroGuard® enteric coating, designed to resist stomach acid and dissolve in the upper intestine. The 30-tablet pack covers one month at one tablet a day.
