Hyde Nightmare is a complex pre-workout with a functional formula It contains the active substance l-citrulline, which acts as a precursor of arginine. It is used in the body as a substrate for the production of nitric oxide (NO), whose main role is vasodilation, i.e. dilation of blood vessels. This process is associated with the transfer of nutrients and oxygen, important to get the most out of performance and have the muscle pump effect. In addition, beta-alanine is present, which is useful for example during the High intensity exercises. Tips for use

Mix 1 scoop (10,4 g) with 180-240 ml of water, ideally 15-30 minutes before training. Consume at least 4 hours before bedtime. Do not take other products containing caffeine or other stimulants while taking Hyde Nightmare.
