Hydro BCAA contains 7 g of instant BCAA amino acids, namely L-leucine, L-isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. They are also supplemented with 3 g of essential amino acids (EAAs), which are key for protein synthesis, contributing to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. In addition, they contain no carbohydrates, sugar or calories, which is why they are an ideal food supplement for every athlete.

Hydro BCAA amino acids contain electrolytes, such as sodium and potassium, which support the normal function of the nervous system.

Composition

Dosage
