These SAMe enteric-coated tablets from Jarrow Formulas each supply 200 mg of S-adenosyl methionine, a net yield from 400 mg of SAMe tosylate disulfate. S-adenosyl methionine is a metabolite of methionine, an essential amino acid, and is found in all living cells.
