Now, by popular demand, we have developed a lower-potency version of our best-selling formula, focused on optimised bioavailability. Both formulas contain the same advanced forms of B vitamins, including benfotiamine (thiamin/vitamin B1), pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P5P/vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), patented Pantesin (pantethine) and the breakthrough Quatrefolic 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (folate). These superior forms offer greater bioavailability for reliable supplementation.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), cellulose (veggie capsule), silica, magnesium stearate.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take one veggie capsule once or twice daily with food and water.
