Natrol, supplements for everyday wellness

Natrol was founded in 1980 in Chatsworth, California, and makes food supplements for daily use, with manufacturing still based in the United States. Since 2022 the brand has been part of the Vytalogy Wellness group, which also owns Jarrow Formulas.

The brand's ranges

The Natrol range is built around four families. Melatonin, the product the brand is best known for, comes as standard tablets, time release tablets and fast dissolve tablets taken without water. 5-HTP, extracted from Griffonia simplicifolia seeds, comes in capsules and tablets. Magnesium is offered as glycinate, citrate and taurate salts. The everyday vitamins and minerals line covers biotin, vitamin B12, vitamin D, alpha lipoic acid, omega-3 and probiotics.

What runs through the range is high strengths in a single unit and formats that are easy to take, made for a routine you can actually keep up.

Natrol biotin 10000 mcg

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. The Natrol version delivers 10000 mcg per tablet in a bottle of 100: take one tablet a day, ideally with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose; a food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
