How to choose an ALLNUTRITION product

For protein, start from the type: concentrate, isolate or blend, and compare the grams of protein per serving. For Creatine Muscle Max, choose the size by how much you use it: the daily dose remains the one stated on the label. Compare products on the grams of each ingredient per serving, not on the weight of the pack, and always follow the daily dose stated on the label: a supplement is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
