Vita-Min One is a multivitamin and mineral capsule that brings together vitamins, minerals, boron and 25 mg of American ginseng extract in every capsule. The Olimp Nutrition formula uses nutrient forms chosen for bioavailability, such as cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin and D-biotin. The gelatine capsules are smaller than usual, so they are easy to swallow every day. This pack contains 60 capsules with the same composition.

100 mg of vitamin C and 20 µg of vitamin D per capsule, equal to 125% and 400% of the nutrient reference values.
