Why Choose It
Choose ALLNUTRITION Coconut Oil Unrefined if you want one ingredient for many recipes, with cold pressing, a stated coconut origin and a clearly recognisable natural aroma. Its texture changes with temperature, allowing use as a cooking fat as well as an ingredient in cold dishes and desserts.
- Ingredient: 100% coconut oil.
- Coconut origin: Indonesia.
- Appearance when solid: clear white colour.
- Suggested uses: salads, spreads, dressings, frying, cooking and baked goods.
Use unrefined coconut oil as an ingredient in sweet and savoury recipes. Add it to salads, spreads and dressings, or use it for frying, cooking and baking. When solid, take the required amount with a clean utensil; to make it liquid, warm it gently. It is suitable for anyone looking for coconut oil with a natural aroma for use in the kitchen and, according to the product information, for external cosmetic applications as well.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. After opening, the product information recommends refrigeration. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged or after the best-before date shown on the label.
Is unrefined coconut oil solid?
Yes, it can be solid at room temperature. It melts when warmed and becomes liquid, making it easier to measure for cooking or dressings.
How can I use it in cooking?
Use it cold for salads, spreads and dressings, or hot for frying, cooking and baking. It can also replace clarified butter or other oils in recipes.
Does the product contain other ingredients?
No, the declared composition is 100% coconut oil. The ingredient list does not include flavours, sugars or other additives.
