How to choose a Universal Nutrition product

Products in packs, such as Animal Pak, Animal Flex and Animal Cuts, contain several tablets per serving: check the label for what is in each pack and how many packs a day the manufacturer recommends. For pre-workouts and Animal Cuts, check the caffeine per serving and do not combine several caffeinated products on the same day. Compare products on the grams of each ingredient per serving, not on the weight of the pack, and always follow the daily dose stated on the label: a supplement is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
