Evogen Nutrition, Hany Rambod's brand

Evogen Nutrition is an American company based in Irving, Texas. It was founded by Hany Rambod, coach to professional bodybuilders and creator of the FST-7 method (Fascia Stretch Training). The range is designed for people who train with weights, and many products carry names that show their line: EVP, IsoJect, Carnigen, K.E.M.

The Evogen range at Citymuscle

The EVP pre-workouts, as a powder (EVP 3D) and as a ready-to-drink liquid (EVP AQ), are in the Pre-Workout category. IsoJect is a whey protein isolate, in Protein Isolated and Hydrolyzed, and Evofusion is a protein blend, in Whey Protein. The Carnigen line brings together carnitine in powder and liquid form, in the Carnitine category.

For after training there are Glycoject, a carbohydrate powder, and Cell K.E.M., in Post-Workout; among the amino acids Aminoject (BCAA), Amino K.E.M. (EAA) and glutamine, in Amino acids. Creatine monohydrate, the Lipocide IR thermogenic, Evozyme digestive enzymes, the Evovite multivitamin, Evogreens and KSM-66 ashwagandha complete the range.

How to choose an Evogen product

With pre-workouts, check the caffeine per serving, which differs between powder and liquid, and the amount of each ingredient on the label. For protein, compare the grams per serving and the type, isolate or blend. Always follow the daily dose stated on the pack: a supplement is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
