How to read a Himalaya label

With herbal supplements, what matters is the list of extracts, with the part of the plant used and the amount per tablet or capsule. Read the warnings, which for some extracts advise against use during pregnancy or alongside medication, and follow the daily dose stated on the pack. A supplement is no substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
