When is shipping free?
Free over €100 to Italy and already over €59 across Europe. The threshold is based on the products in your cart, VAT included. Shipping to the United Kingdom is never free, but it drops from €20.00 to €6.00 over €60.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 28 European countries for €10.00, free over €59, and to the United Kingdom. Duties and import taxes are already included in the price (DDP), so you pay nothing extra on delivery.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return your item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
