Also, wear our weight lifting hooks supports your wrists and provides additional stability during training. This accessory can be used in a wide range of exercises, including ground-cuts, rack pulls and rowing machines with barbells. The inner sides are coated with foam padding for a comfortable feel for the wrists during lifting. Thanks to the hook-and-loop closure, you can control how well your wrists fit.
