OstroVit is a Polish brand that has been making food supplements and sports nutrition for more than fifteen years. Production is based in Zambrów, in the Podlaskie region, and the products are sold in over 70 countries. According to the company, every raw material is tested in accredited laboratories before it goes into production.

The brand's ranges

The OstroVit range covers the basics of training and of a daily routine. Protein powders include whey concentrate and isolate, beef protein and plant protein: you will find them in Protein Powder, with the Whey Protein and Vegan and Plant Protein sections. Creatine, mainly monohydrate, sits under Creatine. Amino acids, from BCAA to essential EAA, are in Amino Acids, and the formulas taken before a session are in Pre-Workout.
